An automated music and video production pipeline
The Autonomous AI Record Label is an n8n workflow for music channels, independent labels and creators who publish original tracks with visuals. It runs the full chain — artist concept, lyrics, track generation, a 12-scene vertical music video and publishing — so each release goes from idea to YouTube Short without manual editing.
How it works
- Concept and lyrics — an AI agent defines the artist persona, genre and mood, then writes the lyrics.
- Track generation — the workflow sends the brief to Kie.ai (Suno models) and receives a full-length track, with vocals or instrumental.
- Scene direction — the song is broken down into 12 visual scenes that follow its emotional arc.
- Video generation — each scene is generated as a 9:16 clip with Fal.ai (Kling).
- Edit and sync — a cloud FFmpeg service stitches the clips and loops them to the exact length of the track.
- Publish — the finished HD video is uploaded as a YouTube Short (or to your own platform) with an AI-written title and description.
Built for unattended runs
- Rate-limit protection on every external API call
- Batch processing — four scenes at a time — to keep long renders stable
- Continue-on-fail logic, so one failed scene does not stop the whole video

Rights and platform policies
Check your AI music provider’s terms for commercial use and monetisation before publishing, and review each release before it goes live. Platforms limit monetisation of repetitive, mass-produced uploads, so we recommend building each channel around a distinct artist identity and release schedule.
