These Terms apply to your use of educattech.com and to every purchase of workflow templates, VIP Installation and services from Educattech. By using the website or placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information when you order.
3. Workflow templates
- Templates are digital products delivered as downloadable files immediately after payment, through the order confirmation, the order email and My account → Downloads.
- Your use of a template is governed by our Template License: one business and one website or brand per purchase, commercial use and modification allowed, no resale or redistribution of the files.
- Each product page lists the services and accounts the workflow requires. Please review the requirements before you buy.
4. VIP Installation
VIP Installation covers the work described on the product page, typically importing the workflow into your n8n, connecting your accounts, configuring it with you and running a test, together with the onboarding call and support period stated there. You agree to provide the access and information needed. You keep ownership and control of your accounts and can revoke our access at any time.
5. Custom services
Custom automations, apps, websites, testing and maintenance are provided under a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal prevails for that project. Unless agreed otherwise, the workflows, code and other deliverables created specifically for you become yours once the project has been paid in full; we keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and components that are not specific to you.
6. Third-party services
Our workflows connect to services you choose, such as n8n, AI model providers, rendering, storage and publishing platforms. Their use is subject to their own terms and fees, which you pay directly. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes, but we design workflows to handle common failures and can help you adapt them.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to use our products lawfully and in line with the policies of the platforms you publish to. You are responsible for the content your workflows generate and publish, including AI-generated content, and for reviewing it where accuracy, rights or platform rules matter.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable through the payment methods offered at checkout (currently iyzico and PayPal). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The website, product descriptions and template files remain our intellectual property except for the rights granted to you under the Template License or a project agreement.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We build and test our workflows carefully, but we cannot guarantee that they will run without interruption in every environment or that third-party services will stay unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
