2. Data we collect
- Account and order data — name, email address, billing details, the products you buy, licence and download records.
- Payment data — payments are processed by iyzico and PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment, but never your full card number.
- Quote and contact requests — name, email, company, website, the service and budget you select, your message and any files you attach.
- Support and project communication — emails and the information you share to set up or build a solution, including access to accounts you grant for VIP Installation.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, download logs and cookies needed to run the store.
3. Why we use it and on which legal basis
- To perform our contract with you — processing orders, delivering downloads, VIP Installation and agreed services.
- To meet legal obligations — invoicing, accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interests — answering enquiries, preparing proposals, preventing fraud and spam, securing and improving the website.

4. Files attached to quote requests
Files you attach to a quote request are sent to our business mailbox and are not stored on the website. We use them only to assess your request and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose or for a resulting project.
