At Educattech, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and automated workflows. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds once a purchase is completed.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
All of our products—including n8n workflow files, setup guides, scripts, and prompts—are digital downloads. Once you complete a purchase, you are instantly granted access to the files. Because there is no way to physically “return” a digital file, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
2. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted
To protect the integrity of our digital products, we do not issue refunds for the following reasons:
“I changed my mind” or “I bought this by mistake”: Please ensure you read the product description fully before purchasing.
Lack of technical knowledge: While our workflows come with detailed setup guides, they require basic technical understanding. We do not refund if you simply decide the setup is too difficult (though our support team is happy to help you).
Third-Party API Issues: Our systems rely on external services (e.g., OpenAI, Fal.ai, n8n, FFmpeg). We do not offer refunds if you do not want to pay for third-party API usage, or if a third-party service changes its rules, pricing, or experiences downtime.
Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary environment (e.g., n8n cloud or a self-hosted instance) to run the workflows.
3. When We May Consider a Refund
We are reasonable people. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement under the following rare circumstances:
Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted and our technical support team cannot provide a working version or resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice within 24 hours.
4. Technical Support
If you are having trouble importing a workflow, setting up your APIs, or getting the system to run, please do not immediately request a refund or open a dispute. Contact our support team first! We are dedicated to helping you get your automated AI studio up and running perfectly.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any unjustified credit card chargebacks or disputes opened through payment processors (like PayPal or Stripe) without contacting us first will be treated as fraudulent. We will submit your download logs, IP address, and this policy to the bank or payment processor to contest the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our platform.
