1. Digital Products and License
When you purchase a digital product (such as an n8n workflow, script, or guide) from Educattech, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or business projects.
What you CAN do: You may use our workflows to generate content, build your own channels, and monetize the output (videos, audio, text) created by the system.
What you CANNOT do: You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or duplicate the raw workflow files, source codes, or setup guides to third parties. The intellectual property of the system architecture remains with Educattech.
2. Third-Party APIs and Services
Our automated systems rely on third-party APIs and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Fal.ai, Kie.ai, n8n, FFmpeg).
Separate Costs: Purchasing our workflow does not include the cost of usage for these third-party APIs. You are responsible for creating your own accounts and paying for your own API credits/usage.
Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for any downtime, policy changes, API deprecations, or account bans implemented by these third-party platforms.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical defect with the file itself, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our systems and products for lawful purposes only. You are solely responsible for the content generated by the AI models connected to our workflows. Educattech does not take responsibility for any copyright infringements, community guideline strikes, or legal issues arising from the content you publish using our tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Educattech and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including loss of profits or data.
